These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mochii, a project-management application provided by Chibitek ("Chibitek," "we," "us") at getmochii.com ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You access the Service through single sign-on. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Calendar, Google Tasks, the Gmail Out of Office responder, Google Meet meeting notes, and Zoom. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms and privacy policies. When you connect Google or Zoom, you authorize the access described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time in Settings.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chibitek will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
